The Arkansas Center for School Safety is offering a new one-hour online training— Introduction to Sex Trafficking Awareness for Educators.

This training will define what sex trafficking is and what trafficking looks like among students today.

Topics discussed will include the signs of sex trafficking and how those working with students can better identify it. Other topics include risky Internet and app usage by students, predators and how they groom children, sexting and sextortion.

This course will emphasize why it is critically important for those in law enforcement and educational environments to be aware of the problem and involved in the process.

There is NO FEE for this training and it will be available twice a month.
