Act 551 and 622 of 2021 and the LEARNS Act

In accordance with Acts 551 and 622 of 2021 and the LEARNS Act (Act 237 of 2023), the Arkansas Center for School Safety (the Center) is collecting information regarding school resource officer (SRO) programs in school districts/open enrollment charter schools. The information collected will be confidential and allow the Center to monitor compliance of school districts in meeting the training requirements of these Acts.

All districts/schools should complete and submit the School/SRO Program Compliance Form below. If your district/school has an SRO Program, you will need to complete and submit all required information for each individual SRO. All information entered will be saved.This form can be accessed at anytime to update information as needed.
