Educators and school resource officers interact with students daily — and effective communication is essential. This training is designed to equip school personnel and law enforcement with practical tools for engaging youth through strategic, thoughtful communication. Led by Phil Blaylock, a seasoned school resource officer with the Morrilton Police Department, this session draws from over 20 years of real-world law enforcement experience. Participants will learn techniques rooted in psychology, conflict resolution, and communication best practices.
